Avril Eaves BSc(hons) MRSS, MBSCH
Avril's experience as a senior manager in both private and public sectors led to the formation of her company, Essential Training and Development, in 1995. Providing bespoke training for a variety of organisations her goal is to increase motivation, productivity and enable the organisations' objectives to be met.
As a visiting lecturer in psychology at the University of Plymouth she specialised in communication skills, teamwork, stress in the workplace and personal development. She recognised that individuals also need help in formulating their goals and achieving their objectives and therefore developed her skills in Brief Therapy to introduce appropriate strategies to her clients.
She looks forward to sharing these highly effective strategies with you, either on one of the residential courses or as an individual client.
